
Right Click the Start button - File Explorer - is the drive showing up on the left panel. Put a disk in the drive that has data on it that you know used to work. These methods will work unless the drive in incompatible (rare) or has developed a problem which can happen. Troubleshooting, and ask in their forums about any known issues.
